We are excited to announce that askng.it has partnered with the European Mise en Place Cup (EMCup) 2026, taking responsibility for all official WhatsApp communications during the 18th edition of this prestigious competition in Amsterdam.
EMCup, the annual competition between the best European Hotel Management Schools, takes place 15–16 February 2026 in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Founded in 2009 as an initiative of HotelloTOP and co-creators Mise en Place & HRC International, EMCup has grown into one of the most important competitions for European hospitality schools.
Our Role in the Competition
As the official communications partner for EMCup 2026, askng.it manages all direct participant and organiser communications via WhatsApp. Working alongside HotelloTOP and the wider EMCup team, we are responsible for:
- Official event messaging – All WhatsApp communications sent on behalf of EMCup are managed and dispatched by our team
- Participant coordination – Supporting the 30 competing schools with schedule updates, venue information, and logistical details across both competition days
- Real-time competition updates – Delivering round results, stage times, and programme changes as the competition unfolds
- Jury and organiser support – Coordinating communications between competition judges, school coaches, and the organising team
- Post-event engagement – Managing results announcements, feedback collection, and follow-up communications
Our team works directly with the EMCup organisers to ensure all messaging supports the fast-paced, multi-stage competition format — from the opening rounds through to the Dragons' Den finale.
