Our Role in the Conference
Working with the Future Ready Hospitality Collective, askng.it handles all WhatsApp communications for the conference:
- Official event messaging: updates and notifications sent on behalf of the conference, with full authorisation from the Collective
- Attendee registration support: registration confirmations and pre-event details for all participants
- Real-time event updates: keynote reminders, workshop schedules, and live programme changes
- Attendee enquiries: questions about speakers, the Impact Market, and event logistics
- Post-event engagement: feedback collection via WhatsApp (attendees can opt out at any time)
Our team works with the Collective to keep all messaging in line with the event's sustainability goals.
WhatsApp Communication Policy
- Opt-in: by registering for the conference, attendees agree to receive WhatsApp messages from the Future Ready Hospitality Conference, managed by askng.it.
- Message types: registration confirmations, real-time event updates, and a single post-event feedback request.
- Opt-out: attendees can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any message.
- Support: attendees can reply directly to WhatsApp messages or contact our team at [email protected].
- Privacy: phone numbers are used only for event-related communications and are not shared with third parties.
