We are proud to announce that askng.it has joined the Surface Design Show 2026 organising team, taking responsibility for all official WhatsApp communications and visitor engagement for this year's event.
Surface Design Show, the UK's only exhibition dedicated to surface material innovation, takes place 3–5 February 2026 at the Business Design Centre in Islington, London.
Our Role in the Organisation
As part of the Surface Design Show organising team, askng.it manages all direct visitor communications via WhatsApp. Working alongside Montgomery Group and the wider event team, we are responsible for:
- Official event messaging – All WhatsApp communications sent on behalf of Surface Design Show are managed and dispatched by our team
- Visitor registration support – Coordinating confirmations and pre-event information for the 6,000+ expected attendees
- Real-time event updates – Delivering schedule changes, session reminders, and exhibitor announcements during the three-day event
- Attendee enquiries – Handling visitor questions regarding exhibitors, CPD sessions, and event logistics
- Post-event engagement – Managing feedback collection and follow-up communications
Our team works directly from the event operations centre, coordinating with the Surface Design Show organisers to ensure all messaging aligns with the event's programme and objectives.
