How does the 14-day free trial work?

What counts as a "room" in pricing?

A room is any bookable unit in your property — hotel room, apartment, villa, or dormitory bed. Pricing is based on your total number of bookable units.

What is the minimum monthly price?

Standard has a minimum of €80/month and Premium has a minimum of €120/month, regardless of room count. The breakeven is around 18 rooms for Standard and 16 rooms for Premium — below that the minimum fee applies.

How does yearly billing work?

With yearly billing you pay your monthly rate × 12 and get a 13th month free. That works out to roughly an 8% saving compared to paying month-by-month.

What is a "send moment"?

A send moment is an automated WhatsApp outreach point in the guest journey — for example pre-arrival info, check-in instructions, an upsell offer, mid-stay check, feedback request, or post-stay thank you. Standard includes 2 and Premium includes 4. You can add more for €1/room/month each.

How do credits work?

Replies within the 24-hour WhatsApp window are always free. Send moment templates are included in your subscription. Broadcasts to closed sessions and individual outreach outside the 24h window cost credits from a prepaid balance. Every new property starts with a €2.50 gift balance. Auto top-up is available.

What channels are included in each plan?

Free includes web chat and WhatsApp inbox viewing. Standard adds full WhatsApp, SMS, email (@inbox.askng.it), RCS, Telegram, and Viber. Premium adds social channels (Facebook Messenger, Instagram DM), OTA channels (Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia), voice call logging, multiple accounts per channel, and your own SMTP email.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle.

No hidden costs. The subscription price covers everything listed in your plan. The only additional costs are credits for broadcasts/outreach outside the 24h window, and the optional extra send moment add-on (€1/room/month).

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments are processed via Mollie. We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), SEPA direct debit, iDEAL, and Bancontact. Multiple currencies are supported: EUR, GBP, CHF, SEK, NOK, DKK, and USD.

Free plan supports 1 user. Standard and Premium both support unlimited users with role-based permissions. Premium adds custom roles and audit logs.

Free is limited to 1 property. Both Standard and Premium support unlimited properties — each with their own PMS integration, channels, and settings.

How long does implementation take?

Most properties are fully set up within 48–72 hours. This includes PMS integration, channel setup, flow configuration, and staff onboarding. Premium customers get dedicated onboarding assistance.
